Ale rasa beta rasa
This shirt, designed with Lebrina Latupeirissa, illustrates the symbolism behind the impressive aerial ballet of hundreds of starlings in a swarm. In a perfect choreography, they weave together the contours of the Moluccan archipelago. Their flight honors the deep-rooted bond with the homeland. Each wing flap is an expression of the care and connection that are so characteristic of the Moluccan culture. They move as one, as a community where each individual takes care of their neighbor. Rarely does one separate from the group or fall from the sky. Even the slightest course deviation is noticed and immediately answered by nearby birds. And so, in the fabric of harmony and solidarity, a silent struggle for freedom and individuality echoes. A desire to fly out, in search of new horizons. The single birds flying in the opposite direction are like the brave individuals who walk their own path. But even when the course changes, it is the anchored roots of culture that resonate in all aspects of the journey. Like a silent companion that is always with them, whispering to them: ale rasa beta rasa - what you feel, I feel too.

Washing instructions
Always follow the care instructions displayed on this page. For best results, machine wash the tee in cold water with similar colors.

Drying: It is recommended to air dry the tee to maintain its shape and colors. If you need to use a dryer, set it to a low heat setting.

Ironing: If necessary, iron the tee inside out to protect the print. Avoid ironing directly over the design.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using bleach or strong chemicals while washing the tee, as it may damage the fabric and print.

Storage: When not wearing the tee, store it in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

Handle with Care: Treat your Bird of Paradise tee with care to ensure it remains a cherished part of our shared culture for a long time.
